She has 20(ish) years experience in the field of Internal Communication, People Experience and Culture.

She has worked for globally admired brands like Apple, scale-ups like Zego, community champions like Crédit Agricole and David Beckham’s favourite coffee, Nespresso.

Also she has advised boutique consultancies like Craft Copywriting and, has advised cultural icons like the National Theatre, UK in their social media and community engagement for the Young Patrons.

Her North Star is to make internal communication every organisation’s superpower. Supporting IC folks give real value to their organisations by identifying, understanding and solving problems. And guiding Leadership teams to get the best from their IC team.

Janet’s become increasingly passionate about sustainability and responsible business. Last year she achieved the highest pass in Business Sustainability Management from Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership and, obtained her Carbon Literate Certificate from The Carbon Literacy Project.
